At this time Shadow Horse Studios is a small home-based studio of artist Lyndsey Warren. Lyndsey's fiance, Kevin is her huge helper. Both work full time jobs, while Lyndsey promotes and markets her artwork, hoping to turn her art into a full time job. In the meantime we asked that you bare with us and understand that we are only human. We will do our best to keep our site up to date and keep our clients aware of new work and open commission books. Shortly we plan to have our online shoppe up and running, so stay tuned!

CafePress.....

At this time we hold a CafePress account where many of our custom designed products can be found. Basically CafePress allows Lyndsey the freedom to design her own materials while maintaining her copyright on the designs and images she creates.
Cafepress also takes care of the orders and the shippng further allowing Lyndsey the freedom she needs to create her artwork. If you purchased an order through CafePress and are not satisfied for whatever reason you may return it directly to Cafepress without even having to notify us.

Returns & Exchanges of Fine Art or Prints.....

Only originals and exclusive giclees and limited edition prints will solely be sold through our website. We do not offer returns on original artworks, giclees, and reproductions. We will offer store credit. Due to the high cost of producing giclees and prints it simply is not feesable that we offer returns on these items. Often times these items are returned damaged and cannot be resold.

Shipping.....

We offer many different shipping methods and we do ship internationally. If you would like to specify a certain method of shipping please contact us to make sure it is available.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
