Lover’s Time

sparks of colour through the black
and two birds rest
between high hedges
and
flowering hawthorn
together they are
in love
their love
reminds me that
lovers' time
matters most
and
the garden of eden
has always existed
love my carefully
love me irrestibly
forever
before I fall apart
beautifully
like broken poetry
find me
i beg you
find me
if not in
this life
than the next
until then
until then...
in lovers' time
i wait forever
