When you select a photographer to create images to enjoy for a lifetime you want a photographer that you are comfortable with and whose style and work you appreciate.

Should you choose to me, you will have a fun, memorable experience. It will be laid-back, and relaxed. Quality photography at a location of your choosing will give you portraits that reflect on you in a personal and enduring way. You can pick the location, or locations that have special meaning for you. Your images will be uniquely you. I studied photography along with illustration in college and absolutely loved every minute.

I continued to perfect my skills through graduate school at the Maryland Institute college of art. I have been successfully selling my fine art photography work for many years and have now decided to promote and offer my services for weddings, equine & pet, maternity & newborn.

In my view, there are not many better jobs on earth than that of being an artist. I particularitly love shooting weddings, children, and animals.When it comes to photographing weddings I deeply love witnessing and capturing firsthand many of the intimate moments of the day so that my clients may relive them again and again in later years.

For people who own a horse or horses, I have an equine specialty. I know, understand, and deeply love horses! Whether your photo needs are for your personal enjoyment (horse and rider portraits) or for the promotion of a horse (stallion promotion for example) or rider promotion (for competition) or for a horse associated business (for boarding stables, trainers, etc.), I can provide memorable, emotional and eye catching images to meet your needs. I also have frequent requests for portraits including other pets. My goal when I photograph pets is to capture images that reflect the love and the relationship of the animal and its owner.

One of the best things about how I work is my "artistic documentary style". What this means to you on your wedding day is that you can go ahead and concentrate on the important things like getting married and having fun, with very little posing and almost no interruptions. What it means to you after the wedding is that you can expect your photos to be a true document of the day; one that allows you to revisit it in the years to come and remember, in intimate detail, what really happened on that day. Depending on the package you purchase my day usually begins about 2 hours before the ceremony for some "getting ready pictures". These getting ready shots will be fun for both of you to see later because it is the one part of the day that you do not spend together.If I have been hired to shoot the whole day I will stay with you until the end of the night, photographing all of the important moments and just as importantly, so many of the "in-between" moments as well.

At last, when the day is done; the food eaten and the music silenced, I will meet the couple once again a short time later to deliver all of the shots of that day (upwards of 200 depending on the packaged ordered). All photos will be neatly organized, beautifully rendered as 4" x 6" prints that are yours to keep, as well as a digital CD with the same photos (uncopyrighted) for your exclusive right to use.
