2011 has become a transformative year for me! I am eagerly awaiting the possibilities!
9.10.2011
I have been busy busy busy with all the new changes that have happened in my life. Those of you who have been following me know that I gave birth to a beautiful little boy back in May. Connor is my little bundle of joy and I am so excited and proud to be a mom.
Becoming a mother for me has been quite a challenge. I am juggling time better than a circus clown and doing a balancing act better than any tight rope performer I have seen. Yes, being a mom makes all stunts in Cirque Su Soleil seem less challenging. I am desperately trying to get all the new aspects of running a business full time from my house under control.
Currently I am working on all the paperwork that goes with an art and photography business. Writing up all the copyright agreements, licensing agreements, price sheets, and information sheets, and having them proofed by my lawyer to make sure every single last detail is in order and correctly done.
I have managed to squeeze in some time for creating a new logo for my business identity and have even started a new piece of equine art, which happens to be the largest colored pencil piece I have done to date. It is coming along very nicely and I am hoping to have it finished shortly.
I am also debating on whether or not I should redo my gallery pages here on this site? I know some people have trouble viewing flash and yet at the same time the flash makes it harder for people to steal my images and use them elsewhere.
My upcoming photo project includes a mustang gelding, some paint, and hawk feathers and the early evening sunlight! I will be sharing those photos with everyone as soon as I can!
